October/November brides!!!!

My wedding is November 6th and I'm trying to figure out when I should send out the INVITES??

When are you sending yours? be as specific as possible. Thanks Girls!!

My wedding is Nov 13...They are going out Sept 8 ( right after Labor Day) and my RSVP is Oct 13

Invites should be mailed out 8 weeks before the wedding date, with the RSVP date at the 4 week mark.

So my wedding is 10/25,
Mailing invites 8/18 (so they get there by 8/20-ish)
RSVP date is 9/25
Wedding 10/25.

i sent mine last week... because my RSVP is august 1st...
I'm paying for all hotel rooms.. and so far all rooms have been reserved...and the last day for me to cancel any room is august 10... that's why such early RSVP

My RSVP date is 10/1.....because I have a HUGE number of OOT guests and I am sure that most of FH's friends will be in the 'don't RSVP' category so there will be A LOT of phone calls to be made.

The reason so early - I have relatives in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, the UK and of course the US! I needed to account for mailing time.

Hey Kerri - how you doin' work neighbor/weekend date twin???

Well, I am the day after you, so this should be helpful...

My response day is October 1st. I would like to send my invites at the end of August, but I am afraid that with Labor day, things can get lost in the shuffle...so I might wait until labor day and time it so that most of the invites get delivered the day after labor day. But then I wonder if that gives people enough time to respond....? hmmm
