UPDATE!!!!

When we sat down the BM said all the food/open bar/dessert are included at not charge, but to please consider gratuities for the wait staff!

hmmmm i'd tend to think that because you are owed the tasting or it's in your contract it's already included and should not be an extra added expense. oy vey!
