yeah some were real strict so thats why i just went to the wholesale district in Manhattan. Anyone can buy there.

i buy for wholesale for a retail store, so most of the time you do need a tax id number, but some places don't ask for it, usually though they're not true wholesale.. just good discounts!

I bought from one. I cant remember the name, but I was told that as long as I ordered over $100 I could buy from them without a problem (even though am not a 'business).
I ended up getting my earrings for the wedding, money purse, bracelet, and bouquet jewels for my bouquet and brides maid bouquets. I got my earrings for $15! they had a retail value of $45.
They delivered fast, the only issues is that there is no return on any items.
