A few weeks ago we were having problems with our cable box and DH was on hold for over an hour before he gave up and just hung up.

did you guys try their website? sometimes you can get much faster service that way...

I have no choice. I have to stay on hold. It's for a patient.

Empire BCBS is the worst one though...

I hate it most of all when they have you on hold listening to elevator music!!!!!

yeah and then you go to their horribly coded website, fill in every stupid question, and then you get a message that says, 'please call us at 1-800-wasteyourtime.
