Off-Premise Caterer?

My FH and I have looked at tons of RH's and we haven't found 'the one'. More and more I am thinking of hiring a caterer/party planner and creating our own wedding. We have a fantastic site in Cold Spring Harbor that we can use without a fee and are also considering Hallockville Farm.

Does anyone have a great off premise caterer and/or party planner?

Anyone done this and willing to share pictures and feedback?

I am having a vineyard wedding and met with several off premis caterers.

we ended up booking Christopher Michael caterers www.northfork.com/catering

The food is amazing and so reasonably priced!!!!

I am now having lobster and filet for cheaper then other places were quoting me for chicken and beef tenderloin!?!?!?!

Matt is the owner and he makes you feel so compfortable. You leave there feeling loike a princess, knowing you are going to get everything you want!
