On the serious side, is there any shade available? Wear light colored, loose fitting clothes. Drink fluids!!!

we just got home and we were under the awning in the backyard so there was actually a nice breeze

so happy he is home safe and sound and now starting the police academy on monday

i have only gained 7 lbs so far so there is not too much to see ; but i'll take some pics tomorrow

month 1- 3 lbs
month 2 - 3 lbs
month 3 - 0 lbs
month 4 - 1 lb (i finish month 4 on tuesday)
