I love it! I'm going to the Yoga Center in Setauket, on Bellemead road. I feel so good. It was the best thing I could have done for myself.

DaniRN- let me know if you want to go. It was so much fun.

I want to go at my gym, but I'm embarrased, because all the people that go are regulars, and this would be my firts time, dont want to make a fool of myself

Diane, everyone has to be new some time! JUST GO!

As soon as my doctor tells me I can exercise, I plan to start.

I asked for a personal trainer for Christmas.

You are going to love it!! I have been doing yoga for about a year and I really love it!

I wish I could find a class near me in Queens. Every six months I go away for the weekend with friends to Kripalu, which is a yoga/spac center. It is a great stress release.

Is that where you ended up going? How was it? My mom told me about that place too. I am wondering how you made out. Also,what happened with the otherplace? Just curious in case I decide to take up yoga again....

It was the place you recommended. They were so nice and welcoming to a newcommer. I am going back on Thurs. I can't wait. I'd do it every day. More people should get into this. It's a great toning workout/flexibility work out and it's actually relaxing. I felt great when I woke up this morning and had the best night of sleep ever.

The other place I called never called me back or sent me a flyer. The girl sounded very ditsy on the answering machine: 'If this is a personal call, please leave your phone number as I have lost my cell phone that has all your numbers in it.....'

Would you leave that as part of your business message? Well, I'm glad she never called!

The one I gave you was in Port Jeff station on 347. Did you go there or the one in Setauket on Bellmeade Road. The one on Bellmeade road I heard good things about. I am curious which one. So glad you enjoyed it!

Oh, sorry Cindy. I thought the one you gave me was on bellmead road. That's the one I went to. The one I complained about the phone message and not calling me back was the one on 347. I called there 2x and no response. Oh well. The one on bellmead is great. I don't think I need to look further.

My mom gave me the info a while back of the one on Bellmeade road. Someone she knows who is very into yoga told her about it and said it was a good place. Is it pay as you go?

Same question as Cindy, how much is it or is it pay as you go. I'd like to try it and it's so close to my house too---we can carpool

Yes, you can pay as you go or you can buy packages: 10 classes at $12 a piece, $99 per month unlimited classes. So far I'm paying as I go to make sure I love it. Its %15 a class.

Today I had my 2nd class and still love it. Definately relaxing and challenging!
