Ours is 2 days too. Friday night from 7:30-9:30pm and then again on Saturday from 9:00am-5pm

yes both me and FH are Catholic....we had three options. we could have taken an overnight one which is held by the dicoese of rockville center or the two day session or a 6 week program that lasts for 2 hours a night....we couldnt do the 2 day weekend one bc FH works at a car dealership and works every saturday and every other sunday...
our first and last meeting is held in a church and the other four are with other couples getting married at our church and a couple hosts the night and each week we go over 2 or 3 chapters from a book. for example, we talk about communication, children, finances, our personality. etc...
we are done with 5 and our last one which is next sunday is at a 5pm mass where they will bless all the couples who will be getting married

WHOA! We only have 3 meetings total (not including the foccus meeting) but 3 with the other couples that are getting married and thats it! We have such hectic schedules I am glad its not 6!

our church was exactly like this but had recently changed it to 3 sessions + 1 blessing mass (but they are making the sessions longer to get all the information)

I will be doing Pre cana in the spring. It will be 6 sessions at a married couples home.
