Re: off to the gym

Hey Lady's
I have to tell you about this awesome gym in Rockville Centre.......Sky Athletic Club (www.skyathletic.com) My friend Steph joined this gym a few months before her September wedding and she looked HOT!! Defined arms and shoulders.....I Found out that they have trainers that specialize in Buffing brides up for their wedding and making them a honeymoon hottie!!! Needless to say I am on my way to more defined arms and a smaller stomach......to Bad they don't sell implants! Oh with my membership I also got a facial and massage, which I am saving for closer to the wedding for when I am stressed....Plus alot more i don't feel like typing!anyway check them out....Oh Wait they also have a women only section...which I like...when I need motivation eye candy I work out up stairs on the CO-Ed floor and when I am feeling fat....it'a Lady's only!!! 516-678-9400.

Seriously.

Anyone know of a gym like this near Pt Jeff or Huntington/Northport?

I let my membership at Gold's end. I decided it would soon be warm enough to excercise outside. Not sure that was the best idea.
