It's in S. Huntington.. right by the Walt Whitman Mall!!! Yeahhhh Shopping.. probably be broke by the time I move in but hahaha I can window shop..

4 Bedrooms..... 2 & 1/2 Baths.... Living Room, Den, Dinining Room, Eat in Kitchen... the outside is beautiful... theres an above ground pool.. a hot tub out there...

I hope the neighbors are nice & friendly.. because I really dont know anyone near by and that would totally rotten the whole thing!! Supposedly theres a young couple next door but I haven't met them yet...

We have to meet with the engineer on sunday

WELL .... We met with the engineer on Sunday Morning..... We received the report this morning. It did not go well! As it turns out the house is not we thought it was...There’s way to much work to be done so we are w/d our offer. So our search begins once again

Totally... Our engineer was a really a nice guy. He came highly recommended from our attorney. Funny thing is our realtor was so snippy with him. Probably because she saw her sale disappearing before her eyes
