Hey!! Did anyone block off rooms yet? Did they make you put like $1000 on your credit card, cuz they told us that on the phone when we went to block them but it seems kind of ridiculous... and I haven't heard of any hotels doing this before

i'm thinking of using the holiday inn in riverhead for the hotel after the wedding. it's cheaper.

I haven't blocked rooms yet because I thought that was the case (about 1000 bucks) and I don't want to part with money right now but I probably should do that soon, huh? I'm also going to block rooms somewhere else as well.

I'm getting ready there and was considering using the spa...do you know if they will let the photographer take pictures in there?oh, and the videographer. I'm also trying to see what makeup artists and hair people would be willing to go all the way out there.

I have a hair trial today!!! I will let you know how it goes. There are alot of hair/makeup people who will travel there. I don'w know if you can take pics in the spa, but they do charge $500 for bride's hair and makeup, which is really expensive compared to some of the other vendors on here..
