**Offical February 2008 Thread**

whats up feb girls??? we're getting so close... when this thread started we had like 9 months to go.. now we have 5! i havent ordered BM or FG/RB dresses yet... i need to do this ASAP.. aaaahhhhhhh!! im a little worried.. but i have everything else pretty much.. we just got our invitations, cake topper, place card holders and cards.. i already have my dress, tiara and veil.. i need jewelry.. and to decide what to get my BP as gifts.. and what jewelry for them to wear and how they should do their hair.. ok so it sounds like i have more to do than i thought lol...

sounds aweseom, but pleaase go for the dresses..ur cutting it close!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway i havent booked limos , i still need placecard holders., invites came in and i LOVE them! I need gifts for BP and parents....i think thats it oh and i need DOJ,

yeah youre right.. i think i need to make it a priority this week to go order them... thanks hun good luck with the limos and stuff that you need!

Hi all, another Feb 08 bride here

We just got our invites last nite, and plan on mailing them the last week of Nov. BM dresses are being ordered this week. And my gown actually came in this week!! I'm glad I still have another couple of months before I need to go for a fitting!

How is everyone doing w/ hair and make up. I've yet to go on any trials, and feel the time has finally come. Those are the only vendors left.

welcome! i havent had any hair/makeup trials.. i thought about doing it and using a couple vendors that many of the girls here are using.. but i actually think i may use a salon near my house instead.. i also want to get my nails done soon at a couple diff places so i can decide exactly how i want them and where i want them done. anyone else do anything like that?

i'm in the same boat practically. i feel a little overwhelmed by it too. i've never planned a wedding before! i spend hours upon hours researching stuff to get a better, clearer picture of my bridentity, and well, it's clear that I don't know what that is.

i JUST ordered my bridal gown last week. and JUST started looking at bridesmaids dresses.

ugh...i think a priority list is a brilliant and much needed idea!

february is right around the corner.

Hey - i'm a Feb bride too! I havent been on much lately...work was awful this summer! But now i have to start thinking about wedding stuff again...i feel like i've just put it off all summer and now it's just around the corner!

I still have soooo much left to do:
Invitations (getting worried about this one)
Limo
BP Gifts
Rehearsal Dinner
Bra for my dress
dye my shoes
shoes for the bridemaids
tuxes
rings
book make-up / hair and schedule trials
make menus
make programs
make favors
make table numbers
make petal cones

and i'm sure there is a lot more than that!

Do you guys have any suggestions for winter-themed bridal party gifts?? I don't want something standard, I want something for the season....any ideas????

Also, i'm also gonna go for a small salon in my town. I went to them for my engagement party, just because I was short on time, and they did an awesome job on my hair and makeup and my mom's hair as well. Also, sometimes it the small no-name places that do the best jobs. Let me know what you guys think.

ive gotten quite a bit done lately..its all the small stuff..i ordered my invites last week..they should be here soon

i jsut bought the flower girl dresses last night from JCP..$15 each!!!

still need under garments for my dress and make the favors and put some stuff together..but thats really it
