I saw the swatches for the carpeting. Both are beautiful. The Manor Room (I thinks that's what it's called) rug has burgundy and golds with some green. The Garden Room, which is my room, has alot of greens, some blues, gold and I'm hoping they will have some burgundy in it. I only got to see a small swatch and I'm trying to remember it exactly so hopefully that will help. If i had to choose which one I loved the best out of both it would have been the Manor room rug.

Oh I forgot to post that when we went last week to show FH's son WM, we finally saw the parrots!!! And yes they dont shut up...they say Hello, The say pretty girl and whistle, and one of the parrots says naughty words (one of the workers cautioned us to this) and sure enough as we're walking away 'f*#$ you!' Im so happy the baby didnt hear the bird say that!!! Im wondering who taught the bird to say that

My banquet manager said that the first time they found out the bird was cursing was when it happened during a ceremony. I don't know wether I would laugh or cry.

Yes they have perches set up for them in a tree...If youre outside, walk toward the ceremony area/door to the manor room they are right on the walkway to your left. They might not be there by the showcase though, because my BM told us that when it gets cold they all take turns taking them home for winter.

Yeah I asked my BM and she told me that it was 5 pp, but it wasnt out yet at that time. Maybe its more maybe its less, not sure. Hopefully they will have it at the showcase. I will ask there. THe mashed potato bar is def something to have, its only 2 pp and you get soooo much and its sooo damnn good
Okay I spoke to a friend of mine at work the other night, and he said the birds made so much noise his entire ceremony!!! He thought someone was being an @zz and whistling...it was the birds...he suggested asking them to move them inside so they dont squawk through your whole ceremony!
