I just wanted to ask, Why were there room 1 and room 2? Did they give you room one first, and it was too small, NO pool etc? What was the food and service like there? Just a few of the questions I have for now. Darren and I are curious.

We were originally in room 1 a regular room a second floor of one of the buildings. It was great and huge. Half way through the week we got a call that if we would like they would upgrade up to the private pool suite. We jumped on the offer! The hotel was pretty empty because they had just opened for the season.

The hotel has a restaurant and it's included breakfast buffet style (sausages are gross basically hot dogs and gross bacon) it's basic and good to just roll out of bed. Lunch is offered off of a menu and I heard it was pretty good we never ate it. Dinner is buffet style again and some nights were good others weren't as good. They do have room service however. The hotel was definately very elegant and I felt like it saved us a lot.

Wait i thought the private pool suite was what you get for being a bride of the Sandcastle .. Did they up grade you for Free .. I would want the pool It looks like a classy hotel .. But ya I would want the best room in the place LOL... Im so happy you have a great Time =) awwwwww... SO thats it.. Its offical your Married

LOVE MY SANDCASTLE ...
I met a future Sand castle Bride tonight .. awwww im so happyy ... She doesnt post on LIW but she is so nice and i also met a Future bride with my date 9/29 but she had 06 not 07 it was pretty funny and her wedding is going to be at Floral Terrace Same owners as Sand Castle..
