just got weighed in - been dropping weight so slowly now which stinks but i am now one ounce from 25lb loss

I'm quoting myself now :D OK I went to my meeting tonight. I was totally wrong, I lost 1.4 lbs!!!! My total since joining WW is now 12.6

Its right off Old Country Road on Glen Cove Road. . .just past the source mall., . .you could hop right on the meadowbrook and it would be 10 minutes tops. . . I really want to do 9am on Saturdays. . .the leader is SO AWESOME. Love her.
Come! It will give me motivation to go!!!!
I'm going this Saturday at 9am.... She is an awesome leader. I have to be more committed to the meetings so I stay on track

Slow is the BEST way to do it!
Though I admit i'm a little jealous of the girls in my group who have lost 5+ lbs a week several weeks in a row. I wish I could do that.
I'm frustrated right now because I'm probably not going to meet my goal for the wedding at the pace i'm at. I really need to kick it up a notch....this morning I had BK...something rare for me but a treat....I counted in my points but I know it probably wasn't the best thing. I had a low point lunch to counter it.

all of the w/i's have been updated as far as what was given to me. If you have an update, please FM ME!! Even if you gained, or maintained, what better motivation do you have?? this board has been a huge help to some of us just because we know our results are going to get posted. If you were thinking about signing up for WW and haven't done it yet, maybe now is the time!!!
my update....
As most of you know, my grandfather was very sick this week, and I regret to inform you that he did pass away last night surrounded by some of his children and my grandmother. Thank you so much especially to the girls on this thread who have been so supportive. I just can't thank you all enough.
