Im always a little behind in joining these things...but we had our reception at CLM 4/3!! LOVE IT!! Nick and Jessica were fabulous!! I have heard nothing but rave reviews from my guests about how awesome the food was! Oh and cant foregt about the cake, some people ended up going for seconds! LOL.

DJ: we used Premier Events. They came highly recommended from friends and friends of friends.
Photographer: we used an up and coming photographer shoot both our city hall wedding day and the reception day. She was great! check out her blog for some wedding teaser photos www.jennifersosablog.com
Bakery: was CLM's in house bakery. Campbells bakery in babylon. Some of my friends who are getting married next year loved their cake so much they want to try and have them make their cake for their wedding.
Tip: I would try to stick with dealing only with Nick when it comes to your wedding stuff. The other guys are great. But Nick knew what was going on, who you are, and what exactly your looking for. Whereas the other guys didnt seem to in tune with what you are looking for. Like the night before when we had to drop off our stuff for the party I had to tell Tino where everything should go for the day of (Nick was hosting a tasting). So sure enuff there were some things that I dropped off that were not put on the tables as I directed, until I pointed it out. Not a BIG big deal but I knew if I had told Nick , everything would have been out and in its rightful place. Jessica was our bridal attendant and she was spot on with everything!
Only suggestion which I didnt think about was in case of bad weather - a back up location to take fam photos. I was planning on taking the photos outside with the hall as the backdrop. But fog rolled in and we had to take the photos inside. I just had no clue where else I would want my family photos inside. So we rushed and took the photos on the stairs (not planned) so Im not thrilled about them and knew they would have been nicer outside.
But other than that everything was FANTASTIC! CLM is a guaranteed good time for both you and your guests!

Is anyone doing signature drinks? Did you make up a signature menu for them ? Did you go over this when you went over your menu with them? I am thinking I would like to do this but I never discussed it with anyone at Chateau! Help !??

I want them there for me as well. But they said that they keep them until they start looking bad and they were still there last year around thar time though.

I'm not sure. When I met with Tino, he told me not to bother with a rehearsal because they have a coordinator there to do one right before the ceremony.
