i'm so happy that reese witherspoon won-- it was such a great movie and she is so down to earth and made the nicest speech!

she looked great, loved the dress. i also loved uma thurman's dress and charlize theron's dress!!

even FH was like 'ya know that dress would have been nice, but what is with the 20lb bow she has on that thing?' - and then he stared at me like I was going to rationalize her choice.

Um - no....she'll be getting heat over that choice - she looked like she was going to fall over sideways!

I thought Charlize Theron's dress was horrible and her hair was too high.

Am I the only one that liked Uma? I thought she looked beautiful!

And HURRAH HURRAH for Reese!!! She is SUCH an inspiration to woman. I'm happy to have someone in my age range that has intelligence, confidence, poise, MANNERS, respect and a love for family values and morals. I have such an enormaous amount of respect for her.

Maybe she fianlly got it right -3rd times a charm!! My sister absolutely loves her dress and wants to get something like it for my wedding. This should be fun trying to find a dress like this is silver!!

I was torn between Crash & Brokeback! loved them both. but i am glad that Crash won Best Picture---it was such a great film. if you haven't seen it---RENT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love george clooney--but i don't think he truly deserved the oscar. feels like they only gave it to him cause they knew he wasn't gonna win director or screenplay---i found matt dillon's performance in crash and jake gyllenhall in brokeback mountain were much more poignant. (why william hurt was in that category--i have no idea. he's only in 'a history of violence' for about 8-10 min., and i didn't think his performance was 'oscar worthy') they should have nominated terrence howard in best supporting actor category for crash also.
