~*~*~*~ Official BOTW in waiting list... ~*~*~*~

Hi ladies! In preparation of passing the veil... I tried a search and found no thread that listed those of you ladies that haven't been BOTW.

Please post below in the basic following format:

Avatar - Name

I'll take care of updating a list (please be patient) so as to further help future BOTW's when making a decision.

I hope that some of you may find this list helpful as a quick reference guide.

Once you become BOTW - I'll keep an eye out but it would be helpful if you sent me an FM (just in case).

No worries its NOT a 'waiting list' per say...its a BOTW IN waiting lsit - for those who haven't been yet

Just so you know, they usually list who has already been BOTW in the thread when the veil gets passed on

Sure thing! The BOTW started on the 2011 board sometime in October 2009. I believe it's a tradition here on LIW. Basically its a 7 day reign and passing of the veil, crown, torch, tiara, title etc. takes place by the end of Sunday so that a new bride may begin on Monday.

There are no rules as to why or how a BOTW gets chosen, it is completely up to the discretion of the previous bride. It may have to do with helpful advice, quality of posts, randomn, etc.

The only two rules i've encountered or tradition so to speak is the posting of a QOTD - -Question Of The Day- and it can be anything wedding related, relationship or Non-wedding related. In other words, It’s up to you. Feel free to browse previous QOTD's for examples.

The other rule is that apparently you have post the QOTD on the 2011 board - I made the mistake of posting on BHB but everything has a learning curve and most ladies were very helpful.
