Re: ~OFFICIAL JERICHO TERRACE 2009 BRIDES THREAD~

I work in Mineola and a patient of mine just told me that Jericho Terrace sent out certified letters To the residents of Mineola. The letter is requesting the residents to vote =Jericho Terrace wants to add a third floor. I wonder if this is true and when will it take polace if approved. I will investigate.

I passed by JT today and noticed a huge crane next to the building. I wonder what they are doing. I wonder if they are going to start adding more on not sure what is going on. So many changes happening to it. The bricks on the side walk and now who knows.

Yes, they are putting a skylight into the penthouse room. Not sure how long it will take, but Rob assured me that it would be finished in plenty of time before my reception next year, hehe. They are also putting a sound barrier around the penthouse so that it drowns out the music between the penthouse and the skylight room. :)
