just curious... are any of you ladies holding your makeup/hair person for you wedding date w/ a deposit first and then doing a trial later on towards the wedding? i know there are a lot of popular vendors that book up fast on here so i just wanted to know your thoughts on this...

For makeup I think I have decided to go with a girl that works at Mac
I haven't even thought about who to go with for hair
well i guess i have to take a chance... i wanted to make sure i got people who can come to my house really early since a salon is not an option for me... and i've heard great things about them and know they book up super fast.... so i'm gonna schedule a trial run a couple of months before the wedding w/ them, just to get my look right!
i love dark eye makeup but im so scared of doing it for my wedding

At TWOTY I won a free trial with Jill Harth. Looking around on here, I found out she's really expensive. I'm afraid if I go to the trial and I love it too much, I'll want to book her and can't afford her. What should I do? What is the max you girls would spend on makeup>

to be honest i will spend wateva i need to to look how i want to instead of paying 400 for a has azz job and my money was wasted

I want to look good but I am not spending out of the a$$ for it i really would like to keep in around $100-$150 for makeup for day of if it is possible.
I like Mac makeup so i be finding one of those girls to do it for me.
