As you can see - I am absolutely bored and procrastinating from doing work - so I made of list of past and future NRC brides so we can all know where to get info, reviews, opinions and pictures from. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure I missed some past brides and some future brides - I'll still look for more though...

I went to my tasting yesterday at NRC and everything was wonderful!! My family raved about the chateaubriand. The salmon was also excellent and I loved the papaya mango salsa. I was not crazy about the two chicken dishes they served - they were good, not great but with the right sauce it could be good. What chicken entree is everyone going with?

The place looks amazing!! I love the new drapery - I saw tall bushes lining the outside of the garden area which look new - it's nice because it kind of closes off the back outdoor area.

Things keep getting better there!

Yes you can do that here. I already asked and they told me as long as you have it all set up for them in alphabetical order, so that all they have to do is take it out.
I am doing the candle thing as well.

Is anyone using a weddind day coordinator? Just wondering since Ida said it was completely unecessary, but I'm not worried about the NRC. We have a lot of out of towners and I just don't want any stress.
By the way, who's next?

We go for our menu and stuff next Tuesday the 5th!! I can't wait to see the new curtains!! We are sooooooo excited!!!

congrats on your wedding!! the pics look great--could you make the cake one bigger-I really like the way it looks!!! I think we are doing a chocolate outside
