As you can see - I am absolutely bored and procrastinating from doing work - so I made of list of past and future NRC brides so we can all know where to get info, reviews, opinions and pictures from. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure I missed some past brides and some future brides - I'll still look for more though...

What happened to the 2005 Brides, I'm surprised that there aren't more brides! NRC is amazing!

Has anyone changed your date at NRC? I'm sort of annoyed that they're not making it easy for me and I may lose my deposit just based on changing the date! And this was even after when we signed I told her we didn't ave clergy so we might need to change and she said it woudln't be a prblem as long as the date we wanted was open. Now they're giving me a rough time. Any suggestsion?

We never gave them our new phone number. We are on for 9/14 for the tasting!

i would do it outside, it was so nice! i only have this pic on the computer right now, eventually when i scan my proofs i can show you more of the actual ceremony

How far in advance do you make your appointment to set the menus?

they called us about 2 months before our wedding date to make the appointment to set the menu, and our actual appointment was about 3 1/2 weeks before our date.

My wedding at the NRC is tomorrow!!

For CH we picked:
seafood station
mashed potato bar
saute
crudite
duck
pasta
carving (flank steak & Lamb)
Mediterranean
hot antipasto
cold antipasto

For main course:
chateau briand
salmon
chicken tuscany

ppl really loved the duck station. mashed potato bar was popular too. they loved everything else too. i don't think you can go wrong with whatever you decide.

for entrees we picked filet mignon, chilean sea bass, and chicken tuscany. a lot of people ate so much during cocktail hour, they couldn't finish their meals.

Finally found the official NRC Thread and after reading through it, I am SOO happy with my choice. I'm a little concerned though - did anyone have more than 300 people there??
