LOL...that is so funny.

All our Nov. brides this weekend must be crazy right now getting ready and doing last minute things....I can't believe still our month is here...can you girls? This year flew by!

I can not believe how fast this time went! It is our time and it still has not hit me. People keep saying to me, 'Your getting married in about 3 weeks' and it does not feel real. I can't believe it. I don't know when it will hit me, but right now I don't feel like I am getting married this month!

I am so with you on that....I do not feel at all like I am getting married in 3 weeks. I don't know when it will hit me either. I had 2nd fitting last night...need one last one on the 14th.

[Yes, Im getting married on the 10th and Im having my ring cleaned in the city (boiled and steamed) on the 7th. Then Im going to try not to wear it on the 7th or 8th(Im getting airbrush tanned that day so I wouldnt want to) and then Ill wear it for the rehearsal on the 9th.

What does 'boiled and steamed' mean??? Does it just get it really clean???

OMG ....I know exactly what you mean. It does not seem like , it is exactly 3 weeks from Today. Everyday next week I have something scheduled after work....If I get sick I would have to kill someone. The guy next to me at work is sick, coughing all over the place. Grrrrr

Hey Gals! I am stilll sick so I went to our doctor on staff at work and she said the flu shot did it! She said I was probably run down from the stress and running around that my immune system was too low for the shot. So girls don't get the shot until after your married!!! I am so sick right now and its bad timing!

Yeah, I take it to this place in the diamond district, where they boil my ring and then do some steamy thing to it--I did it once before and I could not believe the difference--it made my ring super sparkly and I clean it constantly...this really made a difference though.

I know some of our November girls got married this weekend, so I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to you ALL!!!!!

Oh My god, i can't believe it is almost here. I finished my favors this weekend and I am almost finished with the menus. MY fh and I did the table seating, now I just have to make table numbers, the votive candle place holders. Stil need to label everything to bring to the RH next week ( oh my god). We have all of our stuff in one bedroom and we call it the wedding room . I still need to find pictures to put in the picture frames I bought to put on the fireplace. I am not sure I still want to do that!!! I went to have my hair done this weekend touch up and cut and the hairdresser canceled the day before!@!!!! I made the appt. a month and a half ago. UGGHH. Now I have to go somewhere else two weeks before the wedding????????Thanks for the mini vent

I am so sorry that your hair dresser cancelled! Don't worry, the other place will do a beautiful job and you will look stunning on the day of your wedding!

My job was giving it for free, and I was just about to do it last week, then I realized the last time I got a flu shot, I got sick. So no flu shot for me!!!!

Girls we don't need the flu shot - my doctor tells me not to get it. Only babies, pregnant women and the eldery need it. I am very against it since everyone I know who gets it always gets so sick. And I certainly don't get the flu every year...there is no need for women our age to get it!

Hi girls. FH's cousin is good friends with one of our November brides....Heather, AKA 'habs'...saw pics from her wedding and she looked SO beautiful! FH's cousin said it was so much fun...band was awesome and that Heather looked SO happy and that everything was just perfect! I'm sure she'll share pics when she gets back from Costa Rica!

I did a lot this weekend too....
I had my last trim and highlights before the wedding.
Met with the baker to go over my cake....this is the cake I am copying from someone on this site...I love it! It's a chocolate fudge icing on the outside and yellow cake inside with a choc mousse filling! YUM!

I also went to Michael's to buy wrapping paper and ribbon to wrap all my BP gifts...will do that this week. Got a few cute things on sale at Michael's for my fall themed wedding. Just some pretty pumpkin candle holder things - I'm going to have them put out in the ladies room or somewhere. Our cocktail hour is spread out in a few rooms and there's several end and coffee tables so I wanted to get pretty things to have put around so I did well at Michaels with all that stuff. I also bought a bunch of frames on sale at Kohls to put out pics of us at the RH - there's a baby grand piano so they told us to bring pics that they could put out of us.

I also finished my shopping for the BP gifts...ended up getting Yankee jerseys for my 2 ring bearers - did not know what to get them. I think they'll love it.

It's all coming together.

Anyway here is what my cake will look like!

Girls, the time is going too fast! I can't keep up. I keep crossing things off the list but keep having to add things too. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

Hello! I cant believe I'm getting married in 4 days. FOUR DAYS. Family from Italy arrived on Saturday and family from California arrives on Wednesday. The train is full steam ahead. Still have to finish our programs! HAHAHAHAHA
