Do you have people on your Facebook whose statuses you never ever read? If yes, why don't you un-friend these people?
I have three such people:
1 - BIL .... i never read his status updates because he almost always talks about the Jets. Gotta keep him as a friend, sadly ... i WISH i could un-friend him!
2 & 3 - a couple that DH & I met on our HM ... they only ever talk about sports and it gets really old, really fast. I honestly have no idea why I'm still FB friends with them ... they might get removed during my next 'spring cleaning'
ETA: topic is mis-leading, eh? since this isn't a poll ... but now it's too late so you'll just have to deal ... oopsies

i have ppl that rarely ever post and i dont really talk to. i went on a HUGE delete spree a while back and was getting messages left and right from people i deleted. so i figured i wouldn't delete anyone...
but it does get annoying that there's people who i really dont talk to on there.

i have this dj on there. we were close when i had a social life and used to go to clubs. looked up to him. lost touch, and then one day dh was watching some music channel on tv and i saw my friends face. lol so i found him on fb

Unfortunately mine is all family or co-workers or people who would definitely ask me 'Why didn't you accept my friend request?!' I block them though so I don't have to see their updates in my newsfeed.

i 'hide' people who updated their statuses every 5 second or who have ridiculous ones...
there was someone from HS would would write about being depressed every single day and i didn't want to read about it anymore, but i didn't want to unfriend an emotionally unstable person, so i just hid the posts lol
