I think we really need one because some girls have had their shower and its going to get more and more as the months go by so lets do it.
This is really for brides that have HAD their shower (mini review and tabs on who has had one) and I will update the list as time goes on. If you don't see your name updated FM just in case I didn't notice there was an addition.
Please list where and when your shower was and then a small paragraph of what happened, mini review and maybe a pic.

I have to say that my shower was wonderful. The food, service, place everything was wonderful. MY shower was from 2pm-6pm. I am still getting compliments about my shower. The way that Roccos decorated the room was fabulous.
There are some pictures in my album.
I highly recommend Roccos Catering. I think that they are a LI wedding Vendor.

I will never give Meson Ole a bad review!! The food was fabulous, the margaritas were flowin and I had a super-fantastic time. The waitstaff was very attentive and they were all very nice to everyone. My shower was from 1pm until about 5pm. IT WAS JUST AWESOME!!!!

My FMIL threw me a surprise shower on 9/9/07.. I just got back the pictures and I know I have to post them soon! I'll definitley edit this when I get pics scanned- I just been lazy!
It was a great time - I got to meet lots of FH family that I didn't already know and also see family I havent' seen in years. FMIL wanted to keep it local so most folks knew where everything was driving wise and we all had a great time! It went from 1pm-5pm in the afternoon. There was really no hard liquor at the shower (which was fine for me) but there was wine and soda and water that flowed plenty and the wait staff was great and courteous).
The food was great and the decorations were wonderful- I was really surprised ( I had no clue!) All in all I give it a A+ This was also a location that FH and I considered if our guest list wasn't so big for the wedding...lol

My shower was supposed to be a surprise - but my mom spilled the location on purpose & Dave spilled the date on accident.
My BP really & truly listened to me about how I didn't want attention & games to be focused on me & they did an amazing job! My parents' basement looked INCREDIBLE!!!! It was completely unrecognizable!
Dave was able to come about halfway through and take some of the attention away from me - but I still got through it with only ONE xanax.
A few times throughout the day - some of my friends 'in the know about the attention thing' would mouth, 'are you okay?' to me - which was MORE than appreciated!
I have pics in my album!!

Well now i get to reply to my own post!
WF Name: Nifheim Real Name: Jenn Wedding Date: March 16, 2008 Shower Date: November 17, 2008 Shower Location: bayard cutter arboretum oakdale, NY
It was a surprise shower given by my mother on a lovely day at a great place. We didn't do the victorian tea because my mother figured it might not be enough food. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have more then 30 women attending your shower but if its a 'small' shower where 30 and under is needed this is great place. Food was great. We had sandwiches of chicken curry salad, roast beef with brie, tomato and mozz wraps, turkey wraps, salads galore just amazing. Then tea and coffee with cookies and brownies and cake. The cake was purchased at black forest bakery but the arboretum did come with a cake but my mom wanted a cake from the black forest bakery.
Got tons of great stuff and everyone was amazing.
