I met with George and I really liked him a lot - he's such a sweet guy. My mom LOVED him. He's doing my sample CP for the Bridal Show at the Marriot next Tuesday. If I like it I'm going to book him. I'll post pic's!
PS - I went to 5 other florist (NFW, Flower Michelle, Laura's in East Northport, Flower Petaler) and will be going to Masters and Co. tonight. NFW and Signature were within $3 of each other (George suggested more flowers so bouquet and centerpieces were a little different / plus I like the high centerpiece stand option better). Everyone else was at least $700 more so I wouldn't doubt my decision one bit!

i visited signature too, they gave me a great quote, but george stood me up, so i've been working with yelena, she's good too! however i'm feeling like i'm missing out on george

In this instance, I think the best thing to do is call him up and ask. I'm not having vases, so I can't answer. I am sure George will be more than happy to discuss this with you. He is really so nice.

Here are some pic's of my sample. The roses and freesia aren't as open as they would be and the purples would be a little different but you should get the idea.
I just booked George and I'm going in on Friday to see my sample CP. I'm so excited!!!

about the vases, the way I understand it, a lot of florists require that you return the hardware (vases/candelabras) or else you have to pay, which could be very expensive. as Hollie said, your best bet is to call them directly and work something out rather than ask around.
