Official Tight Budget Hair/Make Up Thread

Ok, this may be undrealistic but I want to start with recommendations for Hair and/or Makeup Under $100. These are some recommendations I have so far:

Sachiko Yanase - package where she will do 6 services for $550. You can do 3 hair + 3 makeup or 4 hair + 2 makeup (you get the idea).

I got mine done at the salon. It was a LOT cheaper than having them come to me. If you're getting married on a Sunday, Cactus Salons are open on Sundays.

Not that I know of... she works for Ulta and does events on the side
