Since it seems many of us so far have chosen Velvet Studios, i figured we should start a thread. I think it will be helpful come E-Pic times and of course leading up to the wedding and getting proofs, etc.. Plus any brides considering using Velvet can come and ask our experience with them Thus far.

Hi ladies. We booked with Velvet a while ago, I guess I forgot to get us on this list...
But, has anyone taken, or scheduled their e-pics yet with Velvet? I haven't seen anyone post them or anything. We are hopefully going to call to schedule them soon.

Bumping to add that Bob is AMAZING for e-pics!!! Didn't get any yet, but had a blast taking them!!! Yesterday completley reassured me that we chose the right photog for our wedding day!!!
Yay for Velvet! Judy came along with him, she was so sweet!!!

where did u guys all take or planning on taking epics? i scheduled mine for long beach..but can u go to more than one place? if so does anyone have any other suggestions??

We did ours in BK. When we got there we hopped in Bob's car and he drove us to a couple of 'hot spots'!

No, I didn't ask him to do that. He definitely knows what he's doing. When he told us to hop in FH and I were both like, 'huh, where are we going?!'

Hello ladies. I haven't officially booked with velvet but am very much interested. The problem is Bob is already booked on my day and I would have to go with another photographer of theirs. Has anybody heard anything about the work of their other photographers. I really wish Bob could do it.

I haven't heard anything about their other photographers. Try asking on the 07 boards. Maybe someone has used them before.

my package was 4000 i gave a deposit of 700 2500 is due 2 weeks before the wedding then 300 i think when i pick up the proofs and then 500 when i pick up the albums and other prints
