OFFICIALLY 2013! Got our date & venue!

So we are absolutely 100% getting married on the day I wanted in 2013 - October 12th, with an afternoon ceremony & reception at Fox Hollow.

I'm so glad these major checks are done - I had already picked out a STD design I liked, so my mom just ordered the magnets too. Checks all around! Now...

What should I do next??

Congrats on your BIG check! Take a break and enjoy the moment. Then visualize what you want your wedding day to look like in your new found location.

Start from the top after that in priority order photo video dj flowers limos and so on...

Make sure you have a good picture before you start!

Nice!@ Congrats on your checks!!! Now u can start with all the vendors like photographer, video, DJ, flowers, and limos!!!!

Congrats!! I would focus on the vendors that you really want, meaning if you know you want a certain photographer or limo company, etc. then book them asap!

You have some time but I'd do music and then photography net.

Thanks guys!

I've already started looking at photographers - mainly 12th Night, Lighthouse, and Timexposure.

I'd like to get some makeup/hair recs for people who can travel to us, as my girls and I will be getting ready in the bridal suite at Fox Hollow.

The only flowers we need, since they do the ceremony, are our moms' corsages and petals for the flower girls. I'm probably going to have one of the etsy vendors make those beautiful fabric & brooch bouquets for myself and my BMs.

Limos we won't need because we're getting ready there and having the ceremony there, too.

And we're trying to avoid a DJ - many bad experiences with loud/obnoxious/etc who don't listen to requests and are constantly on the mike instead of just letting the music play. Since it's an afternoon in the WGP, we're thinking of the reception as more of a 'garden party,' so my brother offered to make a series of playlists with music we like/good party songs to have playing through the background.

Both come to you (since I will be at the Inn the night before) and neither one has a min. amount of people which I liked since I'm leaving it up to my bridesmaids if they want to get it done or not.

I just got an email from Angela and I really liked her work - I know I want my hair down and curly because that's the way FH loves it and so many of her pics of that style were gorgeous. I'll definitely look up glam me up, thanks!!
