Just printed out my monthly pass. Near my job there a WW center where I can go 7 days a week/ 3 times a day, very convenient and I no longer have an excuse. Why is losing weight so hard?

I have no idea Ive fallen off the wagon in the worst way and i cant get back on. im paying for a monthly pass for nothing.

me too i've gained like, 8 lbs ever since i got engaged which was in april. i put on some pants i bought for the summer a few months ago and they were tight.. ughhh worst feeling ever!
weekends are my problems, unfortunately. i tend to eat A LOT more...

I had quit smoking and then used that for my excuse to be eating; now I'm smoking again and eating too!
