officiant

I am looking for an officiant.
I am catholic and my fiance' is christian. It was difficult decision but we decided to have the ceremony at the reception site.
Can anyone recommend their pastor or is there an officiant you can recommend?

Please help.

Bettina is AWESOME - she is intelligent, personable and has already begun to create a wedding ceremony that is having me get misty just in WRITING!

And her cost wasn't as high as I THOUGHT it was!
