Officiant

Good Morning Fellow Brides,
I havent been on here in so long and i really should considering i have hit my 6 month mark!! . I am having a HUGE problem finding someone to marry us! My fiance and I are getting married at the VIP Country Club and we need an offiant to marry us, however we need someone who is not relgious at all. I am half jewish half catholic and my fiance is full catholic so we decided to have our ceremony have no religious tones at all and just all about us, however anyone who has contacted us has been a reverand or a rabbi etc. Does anyone know how i would go about finding a straight up justice of the peace?? I called westchester city hall and they told me that they would provide a judge however it would be within in a month before the wedding and we wouldnt be meeting with them, they would just be assigned to us and show up on that day, which is totally not personal and against everything we want.

PLEASE HELP!!

I booked pastor April too, my fh is Jewish and I'm Lutheran, neither one of us religious.we wanted something completely non denominational. She said she could do it! My fh didn't even want someone who was called pastor, but I've only heard great things about her, good luck!

I have to agree with this, as well. You will not be sorry and you can have the personalized wedding that you are looking for.

Good luck.

My best friend is our officiant, he already got his license for our other friends wedding so it worked out perfectly.

neither of us are very religious, and didnt wanna hire someone we didnt even know or have any connection with.

is there anyone both of you are close to that you may want to be your officiant

Try Rev. Nick..I know he is a Reverend but we were able to design our own ceremony to fit our beliefs...he is great!
