Yes he married us! He is a friend of my husbands Aunts & Uncles. We had the most beautiful ceremony bc Father Frank personalized it to fit us. Since we got married at our home church we dealt and had meetings with that priest and only had one meeting with Father Frank a couple of weeks before the wedding.
