Officiant Fees?

Officiant Fees?

Wow...that's alot of money for only 1/2 work. I need to change careers!

We paid 350 for our church. That inc. the rehearsal time w/coordinator, services that day for priest, vocalist, organist and use of church facilities. And...for processing our license.

If we lived out side of the parish, it would have cost us 500.

Officiant Fees?

I live on Long Island, and am having my cere, mony as well as reception at the Harrison House. Can anyone recommend officiants?? It is a non-denominational wedding. I HAVE met with Susan Marlan and liked her very much. I would like to meet with at least 5 before making any decisions. Can anyone help out by recommending some? Thanks so much! ~Elizabeth

Has anyone seen the Swan Club chapel? Because im having a VERY hard time finding a church, and the swan club is our last resort. I was just wondering if it was nice so I won't feel so bad about having to have it there. All churches ive checked say you have to use THEIR ministers, but I have my own.

Also..you can purchase, for a minimal amount, wedding gift coverage. This will cover the wedding gifts in case of theft, etc.

Officiant Fees?

I'm paying $300 for Father Robert Allman (American Catholic Church- they have a website) I also met with a justice of the peace- Bill Corbett. He was $250. I liked both of them, but we opted to have something more spiritual (we're getting married at the hall). Let me know if you want their #'s

Hi, I got my dress at MR also. Here is my take on things. My dress was under $3000 (so they do have dresses undre that, but not many) but alterations are pretty hefty, $295 for alterations & $75 for the bustle. I'm petit, so when I went to get measured, they told me that they would have to custom order the dress, and that ended up being an extra $250. I didn't buy a headpiece there because I found them too expensive. The same goes for the veils. I lucked out, doing a little legwork I found a place on 38th, Paul's Veils. I ordered the same exact veil style that I saw at MR for 1/3 less. (Turns out that they make the veils for Michelle Roth). They're making my veil and matching the edge to a swatch I left with them.

Officiant Fees - Catholic Priest

Father Allmen's # is 631 723 2012

I also found this website that has some info. I don't know if any of the priests will marry outside the church, but since the american catholic church is much more open, I don't see why they wouldn't. Good luck.
