Re: officiant help!
when we met w ours we were nervous that we wouldn't know what to ask/say but she asked us so many questions, she went over everything we needed to know/tell her.
if they are an established officiant, they will know what to ask you. i feel like i'm not being very helpful here but i can't even think of what you'd really need to ask. just make sure you are clear with what kind of ceremony you want it to be and you'll go from there.
good luck!!

Re: officiant help!
They will discuss what you want in the ceremony (religious, civil, or spiritual), and how the BP will walk the aisle, and additional readings, personal vows, additional ceremonies (unity candle, sand, or wine)
I didn't expect to be asked to tell about ourselves but it helps to personalize the writing of the ceremony.

i called pastor mike, but he couldn't do my date b/c he thinks his daughters wedding is going to be the same day.
we're using Rev. Deb Viola she's great, it was a very tough decision between her and Rev. Alison Ciaola, i highly recommend her as well
good luck!
