Officiant???? & Hotel Costs???

Okay, more questions:
1. Does anyone have a really cool officiant to recommend in Suffolk County? We want a non-denominational (not sure of spelling) wedding?
2. We are going to be blocking off rooms at the Radission near Port Jefferson off the LIE. Has anyone ever used them? Costs?
Thanks everyone.
