How much are you paying for your officiant(s) to marry you? I feel like I am getting astronomical quotes...i feel like it's such a scam.
I need a rabbi/cantor and a priest/rev. - one for each side....any suggestions??

we have cantor/ preist and i think its 1200.. not sure but i think that was the arrangement.

We're paying $450 for Pastor April and she wrote our entire ceremony. It's BEAUTIFUL!!! I think it's a bargain! We're VERY happy with it & her!!

So glad too cause its gonna be more money we dont have to pay out. we are going to join the church also so we wont have to pay to use the church either. we will be giving the pastor like $150 or so donation but there is no set ammount we have to pay. If we cant give anything we dont have to either

Me too. She said it was middle of the road but I think you get so much and she makes the ceremony as unique as the couple!

Do you know i got quotes of 1400 and 1800. I was like, these people must be on crack! It's what 30 min ceremony if, commute time and prep for writing the ceremony which they all have one's that they just change up a bit...I couldn't believe what they wanted to charge. We just can't afford that plain and simple. Everything is just adding up and up and up.
Can you recommend rabbi/priest combo that is less than 1000.
