Can someone please tell me the approximate cost for an officiant? FH wants his childhood paster but I don't want to feel obligated to attend the next 20 sundays of my life going to service just to have him as an officiant to our wedding. Thanks

It really can range.......if its a personal friend.....it can be free all the way up to a generous tip.
I think on average, to higher an officiant,non denominational right?...I'm thinking a couple hundred dollars.....maybe....

Mine is $350..but I also spoke to someone who wanted $600 which I thought was crazy.

we are paying 500- i think they range from about 300-600 from what i have heard.
