Officiant Recommendations

Officiant Recommendations

Hi there,

Does anyone have recommendations for a great officiant? Neither my fiance nor I are religious, but we still want the ceremony to be meaningful. I've been putting off this part for a while and most of the LIW vendors are already booked on my date.

You can FM me or post.

Thanks!

perhaps you can have someone become ordained and officiate your wedding. maybe a friend or family member. that's what we're going to do for our wedding ceremony.

Definately Pastor Mike. FH and I were the same way, worried about our ceremony being overly religious, but he was totally sweet and listened to everything we had to say without judgement!

We are doing a non-religous but spiritual ceremony, pulling in parts of each of our faiths.

Rev. Deb she is also a vender on here. She did my wedding and people are still complimenting me on how beautiful the ceremony was. They all say how it was based on us getting married and not God heavy. We got to choose what we wanted and didn't want. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Hilda Gieco- She's smart, sweet, reliable, and talented. She performed a non-religous ceremony that was very customized and initmate.

Re: Officiant Recommendations

We used William (Bill) Corbett. He's a retired judge who has been reviewed on LIW. He has a ceremony template he uses, but you can add, subtract, or completely replace it if you want.
