What is the average fee for someone to marry a couple at a reception hall?? (If location even makes a difference)

400 is pretty average. We used Re. Janine Burns - and not only did she marry us - she came over 4 times prior to plan the ceremony. Well worth the investment.

free...we had a friend do it...although we treated him like a groomsman...so about $100 for gift...

I am paying $300 and it is payed through the hall. She is very nice, and we keep in touch via email until the wedding date.

I am paying $300. I'm using Reverend Nishan Najarian (weird name I know). He's really good, I used to be a banquet manager and saw a lot of the officicants.. let me tell you- they are not all created equal :)
