Who can recommend a good officiant to me? im on a tight budget as well!! TIA

I highly recommend Captain Arnold from Nautical Wedding Bells.

He even met with us personally prior to the wedding and customized ceremony for us... Our Wedding Ceremony was AMAZING and he is WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Hi,
I also recommend Captain Arnold. My friend had him as their officiant last year and their ceremony was wonderful. We are having him for our wedding next year too. He is very sweet and puts a lot of pride into his ceremony.
