offsite caterer?

we are looking for a caterer that will come to our location rather than on their site. Can you help me begin my search? I dont even know where to start! We aren't even sure of what type of menu we want to do yet, nothing too fancy. I guess we need to see whats out there and available before we decide. It would be for a Eastern Suffolk County Location. THANK YOU!!!!
