oh, bear

i can't sleep and i'm exhausted. i just can't get comfortable

and i can't um, go to the bathroom, which doesn't help the comfort level.

Did they give you painkillers? Vicodin is known to cause constipation...

If you can, try to increase your fiber intake to around 30 grams a day and eat lots of salad. That's what my nutrition nazi told me!

Or Phillips Milk of Magnesia (non cramping formula) works overnight.
