So I've been all over these boards talking about my kickboxing class ... I've been breaking my neck, going at these classes full force - developing shin splints, numerous bruises, etc, on top of drinking 2 liters of water a day, and cutting out all the crap I used to eat. I've been doing this almost 6 weeks, in hopes to get myself into wedding day shape.
Today, I get ready to go out, I grab a pair of pants that I used to wear in January - before I started my workout regimen - THEY ARE TOO TIGHT!!! I can't even zip them! I know, I'm gonna hear 'you're gaining muscle', but I'm not losing the fat on top of it!! If these pants are too tight, I know for sure that my wedding gown will be too.
What am I gonna do??

Re: Oh boy ... I need my girls!!
Not eating enough will be a problem - I started plateauing on WW - I thought I was doing good by not eating all my points - but these past week I was eating all my points and some 'party points' with exersise and it seems to be working - your body doesn't have enough to burn if you don't eat enough! People who are exercising should be eating more calories!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I'm definitely not giving up ... I enjoy my kickboxing class too much for that! I'm not only doing it for weight loss anymore. I enjoy pushing myself a little more, and my sensei tells me all the time how much better I'm doing, and that feels good. Plus, I can't stop now, they're gonna make me break a board soon!!
