I hate wedding planning! And then I get something in my head like, I will take a vacation day tomorrow. And I can have someone come and do a hair trial on me at my sister's house. But it turns out I have to go TO this person and they are not close and I don't have any car access tomorrow. Since I am on the phone with her I make an appointment for Saturday, but my sister will have three kids to deal with and FH needs the car. So I cancelled the appointment. And now I have tomorrow off, but I won't be able to accomplish anything and I am wasting a vacation day. Ugh. I just wanted to get something over with, you know? Okay! Obviously it doesn't take much to frustrate me.
Just wanted to vent. Thanks!

Can you ask your boss for your vacation day back? Tell him/her that you don't need it off anymore and apologize for the inconvenience. Either that or figure out something else to do tomorrow so it won't be a waste.

That does make sense, but this is really my last chance to get a vacation day. I have a new assistant starting next week and I will have pretty much be training her until I finally get to go on my honeymoon. I guess I can use my day to clean the apartment.

Well spend some time cleaning your apartment and then go out and do something, even if it's just buying your BM gifts. Or just stay at home and have a relaxing 'me' day!!

I guess I can use my day to clean the apartment.
If you do that, make sure that when you are finished you have yourself a bubble bath and a glass of wine with some candles and RELAX!!!!
