they say when you get married you will gain a few pounds well i have any of you girls ever tried the slim fast diet?? and did it work??

I tried it and was ALWAYS hungry!! You should try weight watchers. I lost 30lbs on WW. Love it!!

i was just thinking about it.. it does work.. because you are cutting calories and your 'meal' is already portioned..
instead of slimfast, what i did was i would a drink a glass of skim milk.. healthier and less expensive.. and works the same way..

Weight Watchers is the best! The only diet I ever went on where I actually lost and kept it off.

If you do this diet please be careful- I did it once when I was in my 20's and I got sick on it and ended up in the hosptial for three days. It seemed that I wasn't getting the nutrients that I needed and I had passed out at school once due to being on the Slim Fast diet.
I'll never try it again.

It doesn't work, it doesn't fill you up. I actually gained weight doing it for a week b/c I was snacking so much to keep me full.

i'm up about 5 lbs, WW is def the way to go. my friend did slim fast was felt like she was starving herself.

FM Lucky0510 and ask her about it. She lost 40 or 50 lbs on it and kept it off.
I lost some on it but I cant commit!

I tried it - did not like the shakes.
I've lost 5 pounds on the Special K diet. They kinda taste like Rice Krispies so it's not too bad...
