Drink coffee or soda..something with caffine.
Caffine opens the constricted blood vessel which cause headaches

I have had this terrible headache for three days now...I know how you feel...I just took 3 more advil.

I usually get sinus headaches this time of year. Is the pain behind and around your eyes? If so... advil sinus is the best!!!

I get headaches SO often that I'm used to them.. definitely caffeine works like a charm for me (unless I have a migraine, then NOTHING works). Keep drinking fluids, make sure you eat, and hopefully it'll feel much better soon!!
