To return some things that were on my registry.....Anyways, I was told (by the manager)that they no longer give cash back, only credits. Now I have a mother size credit for there.
I went to the BBB in Bohemia/Sayville.![]()

It is a crock...I just went through this. I emailed customer service and spoke to a district customer service manager and she is making sure I get my money back and had a meeting with the manager of the West Babylon store who lied to me....
DEFINITELY contact customer service thru email!!
I just went to BBB , the one behind the smithaven mall and returned stuff from my registry and they gave me cash back.

I went to BBB after my Bridal Shower to return a bunch of stuff that was duplicate from my registry and they gave me cash for that - but if it was something that wasn't purchased off of my registry they gave me store credit...
This is RIDICULOUS! I went to the westbury store on Sunday to have something from my registry shipped to me and I remembered reading someone else's post about NOT getting cash back, so I asked the girl helping me 'does BBB still give cash back for returned registry items?' and she said YES! Can they NOT get it together?????????????????
