So I registered yesterday and now I am FREAKING out.
Some of the stuff we registered for was on sale yesterday and I guess ti isnt this week and things that were like 150 are now 300!!!!!
I cant imagine people spending DOUBLE the price for something when it could be so much less.
What do I do, Just have mo spread the word to wait for sales??

Re: Oh my..
where did you register? If it was Macys, they have a sale like every other day, so I would not be worried.....

I wouldn't do anything. You have expensive taste, and that's fine. It's the guests responsibility to find the sales.

I wouldnt worry.. you can always change anything if you decide you don't want it on there anymore. We had some expensive Lenox gifts that I felt bad for registering, but if people don't want to buy it, they won't. Don't stress!

Re: Oh my..
same thing happened with our registry... i have spread the word to family that everything goes on sale, but for the big items, like my pots and pans and silverware, which were like $150 when we registered, but are $300 full price... i would hate for a guest to pay that, so when someone gives us cash for an engagement present, or shower present or whatever, Im going to buy those big ticket items myself (on sale of course) so someone doesnt pay WAY TOO MUCH for something that can be affordable....
