Oh my God guys...

I'm all teary-eyed right now!!! (in a good way)...

I went to my parents house tonight with Vinny and Charlotte (she plays with my sister's puppy, Lily) like we do every couple of days (we needed to go to Flowerfield tonight to make a payment) so since we were in that neck of the woods we stopped by my parent's house...

Anywho, my Dad came home and told me that he needed to talk to me. I was like umm OK Dad lol So he goes, isn't there a song that we need? So, I said huh? for the wedding? So he goes, yeah- there's a song. So I purposely played dumb and said, yeah Dad there are lots of songs at the wedding (haha)... So he goes, aren't we supposed to dance together?

So I said yeah- I chose 'My Girl' by the Temptations b/c it's from Father of the Bride and my Dad cried during that movie (which we still tease him about LOL!)... So, he said well, that song is nice but I found one on my own... So I said which one? He said, it's brand new! It's by Tim McGraw (my Dad likes Country). So he said he listened to it and it's perfect... So, I would much rather have a song that he chose for me- b/c it's more special that way.

The best part: I'm like Dad, did you cry when you heard it? (LOL) He goes, Yes. I was like awww OMG... So I rushed home to hear it and I'm literally a MESS right now lol I don't know how I'm going to make it through the dance.

Sorry this is so long but this made me feel so amazing and so nice... And I love him so much! It was just so nice to know, while listening, that this is the song he wants for us... That he thinks about me when he hears it.

I had to share... It is 'My Little Girl' by Tim McGraw and I love it!!!

I freaking love it now... Never heard it before and I want to just listen over and over.

During FOTB my Dad cried when you could hear Steve Martin 'thinking' (in the church part) and he goes something like 'I'll never get to come home and see her at the top of the stairs again, or I'll never get to see her sitting at the table for breakfast in her nightgown and slippers, etc etc and then, something inside began to hurt' ... THAT is when my Dad loses it!!! LOL which makes me now, whenever I watch it, LOSE it too!!

I know-- he is a really sweet guy (very sensitive) but you would never think it! My boyfriends in HS were always afraid of him haha!
